Delivery to Macau for 3rd time! No issue just fresh beautiful flowers!

very disappointed at the flowers and the vase was missing.

We had to send birthday flowers from the US to Paris. We didn’t know what to expect as far as quality and service. Cyber Florist did a great in both areas, even the personalized card was done beautifully. I will use Cyber Florist again for international flower orders.

I ordered a teddy bear, box of chocolates, and 15 roses. What was delivered was just the roses. No teddy bear, no chocolates. I emailed customer service to inquire about the missing items and have heard nothing.
